Clothing store Menace relocates from Bond Street to Sydney Street in Brighton
Menace, a vintage clothing store in Brighton, has closed its Bond Street shop and moved to a new location on Sydney Street.
A notice in the window said: “We are moving! Find us at 30 Sydney Street.”
The former Bond Street premises, which was easily recognised by its pink frontage, had offered vintage and streetwear clothing.
Menace has maintained a large online presence, selling items on Instagram and TikTok, and at London’s Portobello Market.
The new Sydney Street shop is now open in the site formerly occupied by Wolf and Gypsy Vintage, situated between Posh Totty and Gaia’s Magick.
Several businesses have left Bond Street in the past year, including Clarkes of Sussex, OG Kicks and Enter Gallery.
The unit next to Menace’s old premises has recently been taken by Fudge Patch, a vegan fudge store, following the closure of vintage store ‘Stay In Your Lane’ in October 2024.
