Debenhams partners with be Retail Social for virtual try on
Debenhams has agreed a deal with be Retail Social to use its virtual try on platform for fashion and beauty.
The technology will be used first for beauty products and then rolled out to Debenhams’ fashion and clothing brands.
Debenhams will use the virtual try on platform to offer customers more ways to view and test products online before they buy.
The platform allows customers to see products on personalised avatars, aiming to improve customer choice and engagement.
The company is planning a wider roll out across its fashion and sportswear ranges in the future.
