Kontoor Brands acquires Helly Hansen to grow business

Kontoor Brands has completed its acquisition of Helly Hansen, the global outdoor and workwear brand.

The deal adds to Kontoor Brands’ portfolio and is expected to boost growth, diversify categories, channels and regions, and strengthen its position in the outdoor and workwear markets.

Helly Hansen is projected to be immediately accretive to Kontoor Brands’ revenue, adjusted earnings per share and cash flow in the 2025 financial year, in line with guidance given on 6th May 2025.
