Hammerson announces Zara and Pull&Bear expansion at Dundrum Town Centre
Hammerson has announced the expansion of Zara and Pull&Bear at Dundrum Town Centre.
Zara will upsize its store by 43%, moving from 26,300 square feet to 37,700 square feet with a major refurbishment.
Meanwhile, Pull&Bear will relocate internally, increasing its space from 2,477 square feet to 8,394 square feet.
Pull&Bear’s new store is due to be completed later this year, while Zara’s expanded store is expected to open in 2026.
Additionally, Lane 7 has also opened a 14,500 square foot entertainment space at Dundrum Town Centre in January, offering bowling, augmented darts, shuffle, curling, ping pong, pool, and karaoke.
Connor Owens, managing director, asset management (Ireland) at Hammerson, said: “We continue to invest in and enhance our assets in Ireland through new social concepts and diversification of our occupier mix to drive footfall and customer engagement.
“Our success has resulted in more demand in Dundrum Town Centre, attracting new brands and concepts, most recently with the opening of Lane 7 bowling in January, and we are delighted with the expansion of Zara and Pull&Bear.
“As we look forward, there is a promising pipeline for the rest of 2025 which will feature new openings and firsts for Dundrum Town Centre.”
