The Lexicon, owned by Schroders Capital and Legal & General Capital, has also secured new lettings for Rituals and Jamaica Blue, totalling 23,039 square feet of new space.

Rituals will open a 2,035 square feet shop, adding to the health and beauty line-up at the centre alongside Boots, L’Occitane, The Fragrance Shop, and Superdrug.

Jamaica Blue has taken a 1,794 square feet unit.

The Australian coffee chain, which has sites in seven countries, will serve coffee, wraps, bagels, oven-baked dishes, cakes, and all-day brunch.

Tom Woolven, asset manager for Schroders Capital’s real estate team, said: “It is great to secure such a strong selection of new arrivals at The Lexicon as we continue to diversify our tenant mix.

“Both Mango and Rituals are favourites amongst UK shoppers, so they are really welcome additions to The Lexicon, and we expect both to generate high interest amongst our customers.”

Woolven added: “Bracknell continues to go from strength to strength, and these new arrivals, along with the growing footfall across The Lexicon, demonstrates how our on-site team continue to make the scheme a welcoming place for all.

“Their action-packed events calendar helps to create a retail destination which is vibrant all year round ensuring The Lexicon remains the Thames Valley’s leading retail destination.”
