Mango named among top 100 employers in Europe by Financial Times
Mango has been named one of the 100 best companies to work for in Europe by the Financial Times, ranking 71st out of 1,000 companies.
Mango was also recognised as the second-best Spanish company on the list.
By the end of 2024, Mango increased its workforce by 17% compared to the previous year, reaching more than 16,400 employees.
The ranking was compiled in partnership with Statista and was based on an independent survey of thousands of workers across Europe, looking at both direct and indirect recommendations.
David Payeras, people director at Mango, said: “Being recognised among the 100 best employers in Europe fills us with pride because it reflects the direct opinion of our teams and is the result of the evolution of the level of our leaders and our firm commitment to talent management.
“This recognition reinforces our commitment to a people-centred culture, where innovation, collaboration and people development are part of our DNA as a company.”
